All firearm purchases must be sent to a FFL holder, federal laws prevents Gunsnet.com from shipping firearms to individuals who do not possess a FFL (Federal Firearms License). We, Gunsnet.com, will transfer ownership of any firearm ONLY to individuals or corporations in possession of a FFL.
In order to purchase your firearm and have it shipped to your FFL, please follow the steps listed below to avoid any delays in processing your order.
First, verify that the firearm you plan on purchasing meets all local, city, county and state laws.
Once you complete your online purchase with Gunsnet.com you will receive an order number as well as an e-mail confirming your purchase.
Locate a FFL holder near you and contact to setup the transfer of your firearm.
Have your chosen FFL contact Gunsnet.com by phone @ 1-409-840-4400 or simply fax us a valid copy of their FFL along with your contact information and purchase confirmation number @ 1-409-842-1269. If no fax is available you may choose to send a hard copy to us.

You must contact your FFL holder and agree to the terms of the transfer of your firearm. The transfer fee and schedule is arranged by you and dealer you choose.
Once your FFL dealer/holder receives your firearm, you will need to schedule a pickup time. Upon receipt of your firearm please inspect to ensure that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork.

Sales Tax: Texas state sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders from Texas only, unless you have a current tax certificate on file with us. You must send a resale certificate with each order as we do not keep them on file. Sales tax is not added for orders shipped outside of Texas for use and consumption outside the state of Texas.
